Zi Machine is a woman owned small business. We are small enough to be dynamic and are able to react to the immediate needs of a customer trying to get a new product quickly to market. We are also large enough to drive costs down on production runs while leveraging domestic quality and delivery.

Established 30 years ago, Zi Machine is a precision machine shop that serves the energy and industrial valve markets.  We are ISO 9001 and AS 9100 registered and specialize in close tolerance, multi-axis CNC turning and mill work.

We support low-run/prototype work for customers at the start of design cycles, but are exceptionally skilled at long-run production where our dedicated tooling, part handling automation and Cpk focus provide consistent quality for large volume, just-in-time job lots.
